Often, we are asked to "pray" and so we close our eyes and talk to God about the things that are important to use or the things we need. Centering Prayer, often called Contemplative Prayer, is the simplest form of prayer! It is simply a wordless trusting and opening of self to the Divine Presence. Learn how to practice this form of prayer and how it helps to transform us.
