This class is a boot camp for emotional well being, personal training for learning the way to be happier. This six-week class is based on and will use the book Start Here by Eric Langshur and Nate Klemp. In Start Here the authors present the nine happiness habits of Meditation, Movement, Inquiry, Presence, Gratitude, Compassion, Engagement, Relationships and Contribution. After a first week introduction, we will take five weeks to explore and practice the nine habits. By gradually building these nine simple habits into your daily life you will be on your way to mastering the life skill of well-being and happiness.

Delivery lasts about an hour and a half.
